The location seemed fantastic down to the harbour. The employees were accommodating and amiable. Greatly enjoyed extremely pleasant and good sized double room with 3 windows giving fantastic views, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and amiable, the accommodation was fabulous and exceptionally clean. The superior triple room was nicely decorated with coffee, a hair dryer, and an iron. Had hillside location on the refurbishment. The whole experience was excellent.

Fabulous, great family run property. Very comfy bed in superior triple room with coffee, a hair dryer, and an iron. Lots of food at the continental breakfast. Wonderful location in the very quiet area, right by the hill overlooking the harbour, Woolacombe, and the sea front. Nearby Wellington Arms - great place to chill out.

Clean room with all essentials. Lovely view of gardens. Pre-booked breakfast with individual wrapped items. Attentive and professional staff. Helpful and welcoming towards a baby. Spacious room with a large steam shower. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of options.

Really enjoyed our stay, and recommend the hotel. Everything was amazing, the continental breakfast was totally worth it. We had a modern superior triple room facing city. Fully equipped bathrooms, that included a walk-in shower. Every staff member was outstandingly accommodating.

Big hotel with stunning and beautiful location short walk to Anne and Barry and beach, shops, restaurants and the back garden. A large and extremely pleasant room provided with a giant TV and a bath, as example.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location just outside the town centre was perfect for us as it offered a peaceful and scenic setting on the outskirts of Ilfracombe. The views from the hotel, perched on a hill, were absolutely fabulous. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, and our room had all the amenities we could ask for, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. We especially loved the cozy sitting area and the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a dressing area, dining table, and comfortable furniture. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
